Realtors report displays costs and advantages of home reworking tasks

EDMOND — Have you ever read of refinancer’s remorse, or household remodeler’s remorse?

Me either.

Buyer’s remorse is real, and it is really definitely hitting dwelling consumers caught up in multiple-bidding conditions who wound up spending much more for a house than sellers even asked for.

Possibly not, but likely so, with buzz about housing bubbles starting off to buzz once more. A popped bubble in a neighborhood market, which is the only kind of housing sector, does do problems to prevailing market charges, by definition.

We will see what harm out-of-state traders do here if they figure out they have overplayed this area market, and overpaid, and determine to lower their losses.

Refinancer’s remorse? My spouse and I just did a hard cash-out refi, and I’ve experienced a twinge or two: Oh, Lord, What we performed to our fairness?!
